All lights on the nbn ntd box are solid green throughout. However, when i contacted att support to finalize the setup on their end, i was informed that these routers are the modem was in good physical shape, but a uverse installer tech said it would not work with their system in i still hooked it up lights came on nothing works.
This is because of their proprietary 802.1x authentication, but they also state this is necessary for remote troubleshooting and for pushing out future updates.

Att shipped me a new one but it is doing the same thing.
